Citrus Spray Bark

Citrus spray harmful?

Our new puppy (3 month old Pomeranian) likes to bark everytime someone leaves the room where we keep him in the cage, which is the computer/TV room. However, his barking is disturbing at night when we try to sleep. I read on wikipedia, that if you spray citrus spray around a dog, it disrupts their “pattern” through surprise, which results in less barking. Now will this harm him?
Oh and the reason why we keep him in the cage overnight/when we’re gone is becuase he’s not housebroken. He even knows he’s done wrong when he pees on the floor, but yet he still does it, even after I yell “NO”!…

1. never trust what you see on wiki or even on here
if you have a question phone the Vet they will be glad to answer it for you and you won’t get charged (that i know of)
2. lemon juice is a good and safe way to help your pet stop barking
spray it into their mouth and they will be caught by surprise and will not like the taste
3. water in a sprat bottle is good
try it first to see if you need to continue using different products
4. there is also something called Bitter Apple. this is a commercial product and also works well make sure that you read the instructions
