How can I get my dad to understand that Cha cha answering service is free?

My dad disbelieves that Cha cha is free and thinks there just a stupid answering service. We have unlimited texting on our sprint plan he’s saying that usage rates are coming from them and that so called subscription service you do when you start asking questions costs money. So how can I persuade him that’s it’s useful and not dumb?

When you text cha cha for the first time, It tells you that it is free. You will need to use a phone that has never texted cha cha before so that the promt will come up.
