Cat has a big scab on his left cheek?

My cat doesn’t go outside at all, pretty healthy, never had any diseases. About two weeks ago my sister brought her pet mouse over in a mouse exercise ball. Apparently the mouse had lice and started scratching itself to the point where it bled, as a result, it got a very bad infection. This problem was noticed and diagnosed a week later. However, my cat got this large scab on his left cheek. He only moved the mouse ball with his paw a few times and only sat next to it, no direct contact was made. But I am still wondering if this could have been a spread infection. Prior to contact with the mouse he’s been getting marks on his forehead and around his mouth as if he’s been hit, but this has happened before and passed so it was ignored, but with this big scab on his cheek I’m worried, wondering if it’s all connected.

I’d take him to a Vet. Sounds more like ringworm! Are they anywhere else on the body?
