I brought a hat for £37.99 not bad but what would be considered bad prices for jodphurs, boots and a decent Polo Shirt and gloves? The jods i have where £26.99 boots £32.99 and gloves £2.99

Also anyone know some decent prices for grooming equipment E.G comb, soft bristled brush, curry combs etc

all the prices vary because there are different makes for different types of clothing and equipment, for example you could get a childs jokey hat for around £30 or you could get a hat designed for showjumping and got special inforsements and they can cost over £100. it is the same with clothing boots and everything else. Try looking at horse equipment websites to get some idears how much things cost. try out theese websites below
