Help my dying dog please ?

We’ve taken him to the Vet, but they have no idea whats wrong with him! He’s skin and bones, which is weird for his usual slim, muscular physique. He was really congested and had to breathe out of his mouth, but that cleared up. Now, he holds his head to one side, falls over, cant eat or drink properly, and cant even close his mouth. It kills me to see him like this; and if he doesnt get any better by monday, my dad is going to put him to sleep. Has anyone seen anything like this before? He’s a 4 year old boxer/pit mix; maybe the illness is specific to his breed?
he’s been to a second vet, theyve taken xrays and put him on meds for pain. what else am i to do
he got checked for tick fever and other stuff, nothing came up

You need to get your dog back to the vet! Take him to a different vet because the one you took him to originally doesn’t have a clue. Take him to a vet now, he needs help. It could be something easy to treat, like an ear infection, it could be something a lot more serious, like a stroke. Either way he needs urgent medical treatment.
