how do i get dark blue jean stains out of my other pants?!?

I have a pair of really dark blue jeans, and being new at doing laundry i didn’t know that you are NOT supposed to wash them with lighter colors.
So my new pair of creme sweat pants .. 95% cotton 5% spandex .. have a bunch of blue tye dye looking marks all over them. It looks terrible.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET THESE MARKS OUT, CAUSE THEY JUST LOOK AWFUL?!
