Can I change the appearance of my windows to a different color other than the standard blue, green, or silver?

Is there any way I can change the color of my windows in the appearance thing? I want to change it to pink or some kind of blue but I don’t know where to find these apps, if I can download them, or if its even possible to change the color.
I’m so tired of the lame-o green, silver, or blue.
