I need help choosing grooming products for my shih tzus?

I’m going to learn how to groom my dogs I have Shih Tzu‘s and I want to clip them my self as I spend 40.00 – 60.00 every 8 weeks to bring them in and I own 4 2 adult and 2 puppies Ive been looking at these clippers tell me if they are any good. or if you other brands please tell me which ones are good I called the catalog i’m ordering from and they told me once they are used they are non returnable

also could you recommend any other professional grooming products I should buy such as
