Blade Pet Dog
Why does my dog react this way when I pet her?
Sometimes when I pet her behind the shoulder blade on her back,
her mouth will jerk into a joker-looking smile. It doesn’t seem to hurt her since she doesn’t leave or yelp.
Why does she do this?
I don’t think she’s getting mad about it.
I keep doing it and she doesn’t even react besides her mouth muscles moving.
It might be that she doesn’t like it. She could be warning you to stop petting her there.
