Why are most gun control nuts only concerned about gun control in large cities with a large black population?

Look at the large cities with the most harshest gun control laws and they all have a big black population. Do liberals think that blacks are too violent to carry guns. No, not a racist question, just something I have noticed and want to see if I am off base.

Most blacks are liberals, most liberals don’t like guns, the cities with the guns laws usually have more murders by guns,,, Washington D.C for example. I think most hard working people , white and black ,are moving outside of cities to get away from crime.
