Where can I find a nail salon in Reno NV where the employees speak English well?

I am getting my artificial nails removed and need a recommendation as to where I can go to where the employees speak English well. Most salons I go to, the employees only know a few key words and I can’t accuratly tell them what I want.

I have really sensitive hands and need someone extra gentle and slow to remove them. Any suggestions?

P.S. I am not meaning to be racist or anything like that, serious, I just need someone who will understand what I am talking about without a language barrier getting in the way.
