Would be harmful if it’s a Small Dog? Or not even work because he’s really furry?

Most Dog trainers will give you ideas to try at home for free. Barkers bark for numerous known reasons, and there is a way to train them out of it. Just don’t give up on it because it is annoying, it is fixable, and it is better than being irresponsible and giving it up because you’re not to be bothered about it. And DON’T shock it!! It IS animal cruelty, and really meant only for extreme worst case scenario anyway. Have you actually done any research yet? There is hope, if you seek it.
