How can I control my dogs’ bark?

Not necessarily “control” it; I know that barking is a dogs way of expressing themselves. But she goes nuts, (literally) every time she sees another dog. Is there a technique I can teach her to be “quiet,” when I need her to be? Or a kind of training I can do with her so she doesn’t go crazy every time she sees another dog? Please help!

When your dog is quiet give her a treat and tell her good quiet do this over and over again and then when a another dog walks by tell her quiet and if she listens give her a treat
