Back Seat

How do you install a back seat on a Yamaha virago 250?

There are two bolts near the back of the driver seat and I’m not sure if they are for the back seat or not. The manual doesn’t say anything helpful about this so please help!

It bolts through the fender but I wouldn’t put a rear seat on a 250 she really won’t pull two people.
